1) Mold - tested and runned in 
2 ) Carbon material to cut  the blade  shape 
3) Carbon ruler to copy the shape
4) 2 bottles with epoxy resin 100 grams  resin 40 grams hardener. 
5) Chopped glass fiber to make mayonnaise of  epoxy filler 
6) Carbon root insert

You need 
1) Small brush
2) Rolling cutter knife
3)  10 minutes of time

2 full size insert plain wave 200 grams carbon fiber
3 half size insert plain wave 200 grams carbon fiber
4 root stiffener 200 grams carbon fiber
5 locking insert 80 grams glass fiber 
6 30 grams weight 
7 Hard wood root insert 2X

Use aprox 200 grams of  resin 
The true usage is much less but beter to mix more then mix again during the process. 
mix it well! 
use roller to make thin film 
Insert first layer
it must be EXACTLY lined 
with fornt leading edge
Make sure all areas soaked well with resin 
if not dont hasitate to add more. 
Post seccond layer again make sure is lined just behing 
the front egge.
Post carbon root stiffeners 
Close all layers with 80 g /m fabric
Mix epoxy with choped fiber
to make mayonese like sticky filling material 
Use plastic bag make the cookies:) 
Make sure all line around have same diameter and filling fully the half of front edge
Make sure the lead weight bar  is secured well 
and of course, as close the leading edge as possible. 
DO NOT PLAY with the mold around!
Always remeber that you have weight bar there! 
If you move the molde to oposite side, the weight fell and you can trash the blade. 
Just  slowly post the first clippers to front edge and move the blade  upward to the leading edge. As more clippers you post than better.  Clean the tool,  stop the ventilation , shut the lights go sleep:)
