NEW SOLUTION FOR HUB

1. Check twice if all surface inside tapered hole is absolutelly clen. Do same at tapered end of crank shaft. Polish both sides well. Is very IMPORTANT. If you leave some even thiny dirth, you never get the hub aligned to zero. 
2. Try to post the hub withno position pin. Id all OK, you should have some difficoulties to remove the hub down from crank shaft or evenuse the puller. Thats perfect. 
3. Post the position pin, clutch holder and M6x32 bolt inside the  hub. tight it up firmly, than tight up two bolts a side od the clutch holder. 
4. tight the M6 bolt very stronly. Don't forget the Loctite there. 
5. Tight strongly two M3 bolts a side the clutch holder. Post the clutch body and measure the ovality. If there is noncircularity, swap the clutch to other position. 
Solution II old hub upgrade
Simple as it is. Insert the spacer inside the clutch holder and tight all up. Don't froget loctite.

Gap1 mm is too much for the Gasser 
Bussiness card is 0,25 mm thick. This is exactly what we need here.  Apply jb weld, strip of card, jb weld,  then the clutch liner and happy flying. This si typicall solution for all gasser conversions. 
Green narow - tight the bolts equally and check the ovality untill you reach zero or max 0,05 mm on the bolts/axiss/bolt line - than the engine will run smooth as silk..

Check  your work in another place - if there all OK, continue with the fan shroud.

Always check the plastic insulator between the carb and the engine, it warps and lets air in causing your engine to lean out, I've been having tuning problems and apparently this is the problem. Break in will take more than two gallons. Is 7 liters or 6-8 hours.
